Can you move our belongings for us? No. However we do keep a list of local moving companies and can provide you with one so that you may choose the best one for your move. TOP
How do I determine how much space I will need? You may use our convenient online storage estimator or give us a call. One of our storage professionals would be happy to assist you. TOP
Do you send statements? We send statements via email only. Please provide your email address at the time of rental. Your information will not be shared and will only be used for this purpose. TOP
How much notice do you require prior to moving out? We ask for 15 days written notice. This is especially important if you have signed up for auto-pay. TOP
Do you insure my items? It is your responsibility to insure your property. For your convenience policies are available for sale in our office. TOP
May I use your dumpster? Yes. Please stop in the office for access. We do ask however that you do not pile items alongside the dumpster as the garbageman will not take them. Please break down cartons and no large items such as mattresses. TOP
May I store a vehicle inside a storage space? You may. We ask that at the time of rental you provide us with a copy of the vehicle registration. The vehicle must be in running condition and there is no repair work allowed on the property. TOP
Are there any items I may not store? You may not store anything illegal, toxic or hazardous in nature. Firearms and non-canned food items are also prohibited TOP
What is my total move in cost? You will need a minimum of the first full month's rent plus the $15.00 administration fee. TOP
What are the rental terms? Our rental terms are month-to-month with a one month minimum stay. You may prepay for multiple months if you prefer. TOP
What if I only need the space for 1 week? There is a one month minimum stay plus the $15.00 Administration Fee. We do not pro-rate for partial months. TOP
Can a large moving truck access the facility? Absolutely, we have long spacious aisles which will accomodate any size moving van including Kentucky Trailers with low bottoms. TOP
Do you accept credit cards? We accept all forms of payment including checks,credit & debit cards. When you sign up for Auto-Pay we can bill your checking account or credit card automatically each month. TOP
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, We carry a wide variety of High Security Disc Locks TOP
Do you offer any discounts? We offer 1 month free when you Pre-Pay for 12 months. We also offer 10% off your monthly rent for seniors and active duty military with identification. TOP
Can you receive deliveries for my business? We can. When you complete a Hold Harmless Agreement we will receive your packages in our office. The delivery companies you choose may deliver packages during office hours. TOP
What type of security do you provide? We are a gated facility which requires an access code to enter. All of our spaces are individually alarmed. We offer 24 hour video surveillance and fire sprinklers in every unit. TOP
Can anyone access the property at any time? No. An access card is required to enter the facility. If you should forget your card or misplace it, please stop by the office during business hours with your identification. We can make another one for you for a minmal charge of $10.00.. TOP
What is a climate controlled space? A climate controlled space is inside the building to provide heating and air conditioning. We maintain a minimum temperature of 60° and a maximum of 80°. If you wish to store items that are sensitive to temperature or humidity such as antiques, books or liquids you need a climate controlled space. TOP
How far in advance may I book a reservation? We accept reservations up to 15 days in advance at no cost. TOP
Do I need to sign up for a minimum length of time? Our minimum stay is one month. TOP
Do you have moving carts? We supply plenty of moving carts at no cost. You will find them in the hallway buildings. TOP
Do you have trucks for rent? We offer a FREE TRUCK RENTAL when you rent a 10 x 10 or larger for a 3 month stay. The truck is also available to rent with a current Drivers License and Proof of Insurance. TOP
